What Causes Whitish Bumps In The Anal Area?

Question: Hi, I have these white bump/ spots around my anus, my husband and I have been together and totally faithful for 25 years. When I was a teenager I did have other sexual encounters, and I'm worrried that after all this time it's come back to haunt me, so embarrassing and it's driving me mad!

It looks like molluscum contagiosum which is a sexually transmitted viral infection.
