What Causes White Spots And Brown Patches On The Penis?

I have attached 2 photo. dont mistake me. I had mild pimples in the starting later on applying this oinment i got this patch little whitish pls help me. I also have a fear will this patch b a penial cancer got this patch only after applying. Have burning sensation mainly on day and gets better in eve and nught.

Thanks for the query and photograph.
These white spots and fine brown patches are totally normal.
The brown spots are normal pigmentation white white patches are developing due to use of the cream.
Stop using candex bg. It contains a strong steroid which can harm you.
Apply aloevera based moisturiser, you can use deemadew aloe.
This will preven dryness and increase hydration of mucosa of penis and prevent burning sensation.
Drink plenty of water.
Just relax these spots will not develop into carcinoma.

Totaly i might have used this cream only 7 times ie a time a day or onndifferentbdays. Can this cream cause white patch and this patch creating burning sensation some time. My mind is totaly disturbed .

Burning sensation might be due to urinary tract infection hence I asked you to take plenty of water.

Here by i have attached the snap is it white in colour. Inread on net the penis cancer will develop a white in patch and grow slowley. Is it like that. Pls help me. I stopped applying all ounment. Do burning aensation as of now .

Try to relax yourself it is nothing serious.
No cancer develops in such patches.
Just use aloe Vera or a mild moisturiser for 15 days and let me know the results.

I have burning sensation very bad and can this oinment do this much worse. I totaly upset. Burning sensation comes and goes. Can i apply coconut oil or oloe vera. Whichnis better .

Just relax the cream has not done much damage.
Aloevera can relieve burning if it is on the tip of penis.
If you have burning while urination then a course of antibiotic might be required.
