Brief Answer:
White patch in mouth for evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
White patch in the buccal mucosa can be leukoplakia patch or oral submucosal fibrosis or oral thrush.
Analysing your history, it looks like leukoplakia.
Leukoplakia is a pre malignant condition, but the biopsy is negative, done 4 YRS back.
In cases of oral submucosal fibrosis also biopsy is negative for malignancies but shows fibrotic changes. Oral thrush present as curdy white patch, biopsy shows fungal colonies, treated with candid mouth paint.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have examined you and then suggested for repeat biopsy.
Depending on the report, if the report is negative again, then I would have treated you with triamicilone injection into the lesion weekly twice for 6 week + anti oxidant tablets for 3 months.
If report is positive for malignancies, I would have referred you to head and neck oncologist.
Hope my answers have helped you. Pleased to help you further. Thanks.
