What Causes White Head On Penis Shaft?
Question: I have this white head on my penis shaft that's been there for over a year....if I squeeze it a little white stuff comes out but I can still feel a alittle hard thing in there...it never goes away....every day I can squeeze it and stuff comes out.....how do I get rid of this?

I have carefully read your query and understood your concern.
As per your clinical history,the diagnosis can be straight forward as "SEBACEOUS CYST".
Extrusion of white cheesy stuff can support this fact strongly.The white stuff is formed due collection of cell debris and sebum/oil.
I strongly advice you not to squeeze this lump over and again,as it can predispose you to cyst infection.
Surgical excision/removal of cyst is the standard and only treatment of choice.
Removal of cyst will permanently remove your problem,as it will not recur later.
If possible upload an image of the white head on your follow up query.
