The report suggests that the placenta is attached on the right wall of the womb (uterus) and the lower end of placenta is reaching the opening of the uterus- Os.
It can cause a mild bleeding during the pregnancy in case she does a heavy or strenuous activity. The position of placenta needs to be monitored by a follow up scan after 6 weeks. It can shift upwards as the baby grows.
