Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thanks for trusting health care magic.
This must be her period which has come for the first time after delivery.
It is common to have erratic bleeding and deranged cycles immediately after delivery and more so in lactating mothers.
So all in all nothing to worry about and just take care of contraception now because ovulation also has an erratic pattern after delivery.
Take care

Dr Manisha
