What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Having I Pill?
Question: Hi Doc, i got my first periods on 29 may till 3 XXXXXXX after my delievery on 10 feb. Then i had unprotected sex on 4&5 XXXXXXX n took ipill on 6th XXXXXXX Since 11 th i started swimming with exercises. Now i got periods on 13 XXXXXXX again. Plz advicewt shud i do.

Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The bleeding you are having since 13 th XXXXXXX is due to the effect of the I pill you took on 6 th XXXXXXX I pill usually leads to bleeding after about5-6 days after its intake and its like periods. It is highly suggestive of the fact that the I pill has worked in preventing the pregnancy.
I suggest you not to worry, as this bleeding will stop in next 2-3 days.
