What Causes Urinary Incontinence?

Question: i have problem with my urine , no urination for long time no need to urinate. after long time pressing the baldder i get urine sensation, when i urinate after that i feel pai burning sensation want to go oonce more. pls advise waht is this. i have seen to many nephrologist, urologist all big doctors many test but no findings yet. below test done.

KFT- Normal
LFT - XXXXXXX
Urine routine/microscopy- Normal
B12- 140
D3- 16
Telsotorone hormone-2
Now one doctor from XXXXXXX XXXXXXX hospital has prescribed me Tab flortal
Injection sustain, injection methocobal and Arechitol, Pls advise as they say your nreves are very week and also sex hormone is very week, so you take all this you will get better, Pls advise should i take all this

Hi this is peadeep all the test mentioned above is done but no findings kindly answer my question straight away as money is going like anything and doctors of todays generation seems to be dependent on digonsis rather on clinical inspection do you have any idea or you also are doing guess work pls advise what is the relatiin of b12 d3 telsotorne on urine and also the medicine prescribed above aregood
