Gallstones.

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms are very characteristic for gallstones or pancreas inflammation.
The pain usually appears after a meal, radiates to the back. Nausea is very characteristic. The pain is usually located in the upper right or upper middle abdomen.
If you have also fever, night sweats, weakness, inflammation of the gallbladder can be the reason.
If you have vomiting after every foods, the abdomen is hard and tender acute pancreatitis can be the reason.

I suggest you to visit your doctor. Abdominal ultrasound, blood work, liver tests, pancreas tests and urine analysis should be done.
In case of gallstones, you should have laparoscopic surgery scheduled.
In a meanwhile please try to avoid any fatty foods, fired foods, spicy foods, coffee, alcohol.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
