Brief Answer:
Please give details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood that the Doctors you have talked to either say they do not have idea or dismiss your complaints.
You have tried sour candy.
There is swelling everyday and face looks awful for about 3 hours.

What I could not get is > ''I have per rod did glands which swell up everyday''
Please explain so that I can correlate.

My guess:
There may be a swelling just under the jawbone, which may be increasing on chewing/eating and continues up to 3 hours to settle later. If this is so then the diagnosis is stone in the duct of the submandibular salivary gland.
Similar stone in the parotid salivary gland duct can cause swelling in the region in from and below the ear.

If the swelling is occurring at any other areas that this then it may be angioneurotic edema.

Please give me details:
- The first sentence you have written.
- Is the swelling in the area as I mentioned above and increase on chewing or so?
- Is there any associated pain?
-Any medical problems or anything else you would like to share.

I hope this answer helps you. Please give me details and if possible post the clear photograph taken when there is a swelling.
