Brief Answer:
consume high calories foods to gain weight.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to health care magic,

As per your height and weight, your BMI is around 18.6 which can be considered as a low.

The causes of unexplained weight loss could be change in diet or appetite, present medications, thyroid issue (normal in your case) or eating disorders or chronic illness.

Here,it seems to be having drug induced which you are taking since 4 to 5 months and for that you need to consult your treating doctor or dermatologist regarding spongiotic psoriasis.

As you have asked about various tests to find out the cause for weight loss, I would advice you to go for follow-up at your treating doctor.Although one can go for complete hemogram, liver function and renal function test, montoux test, thyroid profile(done already) etc to find out the cause but there is no urgent requirement of this tests right now because you do not have significant weight loss.(loss of more than 10% body weight in one month is considered significant).

To gain weight, you need to consume more calories every day from healthy foods and choose the right type of exercise.

You can have below mentioned diet.

1) Eat high calorie, high protein diet. Do not increase the intake of junk foods and greasy foods, this will contain unhealthy fats.
2) Eat healthy fats like omega-3 essential fatty acids sources like salmon, walnuts.
3) Eat good protein rich foods like lean meats, fish, poultry, egg white nuts, seeds, pulses and legumes.
4) Eat healthy carbohydrates like fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
5) Eat five to six small balanced meals per day rather than eating three large meals.
6) Protein powder and nutritional supplement drinks can be added.
7) Consume a lot of high-calorie snacks (not junk foods) such as cheese sticks, milk shakes, muffins, dried fruits, yoghurt.
8) Drink at least 2 glasses of milk, replace tea with milk.

Keep a record of calorie intake each day. Try to increase calories intake by checking the record and continue to increase calorie intake until you gain weight.

Exercises are also important for healthy weight gain. Resistance training exercises such as lifting weights will help to increase the muscle size.

Hope this detailed answer will be helpful and If you have any doubt then feel free to ask.
