What Causes Twitching In The Left Cheek?
Question: my left cheek has been twitching all of the sudden. The twitching has been on and off all day. I am a 53 year old woman and i dont have any health problems other than asthma.

Usually muscle twitches without any obvious reason are mostly because of electrolyte imbalance.
Hot weather or recent diarrhea or even dehydrated state can cause this.
I would like to advice you to drink good amount of electral powder ( XXXXXXX containing electrolytes) mixed with 1 litre of water and drink it. Keep yourself well hydrated.
Also before you take this just put a pinch of salt on your tongue and just gulp it down with water. It should give you immediate relief.
