Brief Answer:
Various causes

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

This could be due to a number of reasons that most serious of which is the possibility of transient ischemic attacks which occurs due to the decreased blood supply to the brain. This possibility is highly raised if the numbness of her legs was also on the right side. transient ischemic attacks can be excluded by a brain ct scan or carotid angiography.

Another possibility is vascular insufficiency to the extremities which can be excluded by a duplex study to assess arterial and venous blood supplies.

Low blood glucose and vitamin B12 levels can also cause such symptoms so I would recommend that you check on your blood glucose and vitamin B12 levels.

Hope I have answered your query.
