Brief Answer:
Cause needs to be found

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

You have fatigue and sleepiness. There can be many causes for these symptoms like anemia, diabetes, infection, liver problems, etc.
Please get basic blood tests done to find the cause. The tests must include complete blood count, liver function tests, kidney function tests, lipid profile, fasting blood sugar levels, thyroid profile. Treating the cause will solve your problem.

Second advise is to exercise for atleast 30 min a day. Exercise can include walk, yoga, swimming, cycling, jogging etc. Drink cleaner drinking water to eliminate any source of infection.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
