default
Posted on Mon, 9 Nov 2015
Question: Hi just want to double check my symptoms. They are Complete tiredness, Pain in leg, loss of apetite, pale complection. Went to a homopath who did a body scan (x-rays) and said there were narrowing of the arteries from shoulders to head. Medication that homopath provided makes me even more tired, so I stopped takking them. The MD that I visited keep on prescribing pain medication. I feel something more serious is lurking. Just your opinion would be greatly appreciated.

Brief Answer:
Need investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern.
It is extremely difficult to comment on narrowing of arteries by Xrays alone.
From the complaints, you seems to have tiredness, Pallor and pain in leg. A physical examination is must in these cases.
I would like to know what anti gangrene medicine are you on?

May I suggest following tests based on your symptoms.
1) CBC, ESR
2) Thyroid blood profile.
3)Liver and Kidney function tests
4) Fasting blood glucose,
5)Urine routine tests.

These tests may throw some light on your condition and further planning can be done.
Regards
Binu

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the reply. Noted the medications. Let me be honest to admit that i do not know anything about homeopath medications. Rest of them are okay, but you should be careful in taking Mobic for long term as it may harm your kidneys.

Other than that, may i repeat the advice to do the tests which i mentioned earlier which will guide us further.
