Brief Answer:
Possible transient ischemic attack.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Looking at the query, my opinion is as follows:

1. It appears to be a neurological event. As it is limited to on side and specific location, a possibility of transient ischemic attack needs to thought of.

2. If it were to be any nutritional deficiency, it would be more generalized and could have been persistent. As it has disappeared within a short while, Transient ischemic attack needs to evaluated closely.

3. Since Transient ischemic attacks always signify a future risk of "stroke", I would strongly recommend you to meet your doctor for a possible stroke workup. CT scan of brain is necessary to rule out vascular disorders.

Meet your doctor at the earliest to get a CT done.

Take care.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
