Brief Answer:
Cardiologist and gastro-enterologist...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

As you are experiencing pain your throat like heart burn and some shortness or breath, I highly suggest to get checked by your cardiologist first, You might need to run ECG, cardiac echo and holter monitoring to evaluate the status of your heart.

If everything is ok, then, should consult with a gastro-enterologist and to run upper endoscopy to evaluate the status of your stomach and upper GI tract.

Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed.

Hope it was of help! Let me know if you need further clarifications!
