Brief Answer:
hematoma, endodontic flare up, medication

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the swelling in the floor of the mouth following root canal treatment is concerned I have the following possibilities.
It can be a hematoma secondary to multiple injections if given on tongue side.
The other possible cause can be endodontic flare up resulting in pain and swelling.
I advise you to immediately consult your dentist or a good oral physician and get it evaluated. Keep an eye on the swelling. If it is increasing and if there is any difficulty In breathing and swallowing then immediately consult a oral physician. Mean while continue the course of antibiotics preferably amoxycillin and metronidazole conbination (if you are not allergic).
These are the possible causes and diagnosis based on your description of the condition.
If you can upload the images of the swelling, I can give you exact diagnosis and we can discus further about the management part.
I hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries reply me back. Take care.
