What Causes Swelling In The Glans Penis While On Minoz?
Question: I developed whitish flakes under my foreskin and there was slight swelling of the glans. I went to the doctor and he gave me Lulibet cream, Azithral 500, Sepmax, Zimig. And asked me to get a complete profile for hiv/std. My Chlamydophila pneumoniae IgG is 1.90 and Chlamydia trachomatis IGG is 0.93. All other tests are clear. I just want to understand what have I got? What does chlamydophila pneumoniae signify? My doctor says I have LGV. He has prescribed me the following meds
Minoz Od 100mg twice a day and Azithral 500mg twice a day. I stay in a place where doctors are readily available. And after I first met the doctor I have only been in touch through mail or calls. Please just explain what I have and what should be the course of treatment, how contagious is this (i share a room with my brother).

5)Doxycycline 100 mg twice a day for 7 days and Azythromycin 1 gm PO as a single dose is the usual course of LGV.
6)Condom use may reduce the risk of LGV transmission but does not prevent transmission from ulcerated areas not covered by the condom.
