Suggest Treatment For Acne And Acne Scars On The Face
Question: Hi,
I have a severe skin problem...i get a lot of pimples and and have lot of marks on my face.. i have tried a lot of creams anti marks and fairness under medication and under non medicationâ.. but nothing is working. can you please suggest a simple daily routine creamand face wash for me so the acne can be in control and marks can be reduced. also a sun screen.. i have used few in the past like lashield and uvedge for sunscreen and some creams under medicationâ for spots..but they stop working aftr sometime.. this has also made my skin darker.. please help..

For acne you can use salicylic acid facewash twice daily and use acnemoist cream as a regular cream for yourself.
As far as sunscreen is concerned you can go for faceguard sunscreen gel.

For pimples use cream containing combination of benzoyl peroxide and adapelene gel at night for one hour and wash your face.

Hi did not get a single tube containing both adapelene and benzoyl . So have bought 2.. one is adapelene micropheres and other benzoyl peroxide.. are there any side effects.. can i mix in equal quantity and apply?

Actually.. I bought the creams and it was 5% benzoyl peroxide.. i applied it yesterday night.. mixing both in equal quantity..had no issues. let me no if i can continue use.. and how to apply benzoyl peroxide in morning ? before i go out shall i apply and wash off after 1 hr..
