Brief Answer:
Get your INR Tested.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend,
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Spontaneous bruise on your arm indicates that the anti coagulation is more then what is required.
It doesn't mean that your blood is clotting and you would develop a clot. It means your blood is getting more anti coagulated that is thin, then what is required.
I would advise you to immediately get your PT/INR tested.
Review with the report.
Stay Healthy.

For the last 3 weeks I've had an unexplained bruise on my right breast. When bruised it feels a bit smaller than a golf ball, after the bruise has disappeared, I can feel 2 much smaller lumps, about the size of a small gum ball. The bruise faded away about a week ago, this morning I have another bruise, almost same area, just about an inch over. The bruise is more of a red colored, not the usual bluish purple color. Can this be a sign of breast cancer?
