Question: Sir my wife , 40 years is feeling pain in her stomach and weakness in body . it started with feeling of vomit and headache . what could be the reason ? And what should be done ?

I can understand your concern for your beloved wife.

After having gone through the history given in your query, I am of the opinion she seems to be having inflammation of the stomach (gastritis).

It could be due to taking hot and spicy foods, stress or tension, coffee or alcohol intake, etc.
I suggest her to take Pantoprazole with Domperidone tablet, once in a day early in the morning before breakfast for a week.

For immediate relief you can give her antacid suspension like Alcaine or Gelusil plus. She should avoid the hot and spicy food, stress, coffee intake, etc.

If the pain or vomiting does not subside, she needs to be examined by a doctor.
