What Causes Spotting After Having Plan B Post Unprotected Sex?

And and 69-70 hours later took plan B
She said she was within a week of her prd.
The intercourse was on a Tuesday and her period was supposed to be saturday (even tho she said sometimes it's a day or two from when she supposed to .) normally bshe can predict tho she says. She took the pill thursday night. She didn't get her prd. Saturday........but today (mon.) She had light spotting she said it was light red...But pinkish/brown when she cleaned herself
Is she preg? We did have sex on July 31but I used condom and no slips or breaks.
Also I never really finished inside of her either time. Got close but pulled out.
