Brief Answer:
Does not look serious , may be effect of warfarin

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Causes of blood in semen are many, these include infection of the tract, stones, prostate, or any trauma. Very rarely if it's persistent it may be a serious cause.
If there are no other symptoms like pain in testes , or pain wit urination, or pain with ejaculation then it does not look any serious.

This looks to be the effect of blood thinning caused by warfarin. Any one who is on warfarin and has blood from. anywhere should be alarmed to check his/her INR urgently.
I would suggest you should check your INR so to be sure that warfarin is not causing too much thinning of blood.

Also getting a urine analysis to rule out any infection would be advisable. If these are normal you can wait for some times and most of the times the problem resolves itself.
persistent blood in semen i.e., for more then a month needs work up with a urologist.

Hopes I have answered your question. I will be glad to answer any further question about this. please don't hesitate to ask.
Kind Regards
Dr. Rahman
