Brief Answer:
need testing

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
I am concerned about this being a problem with your heart. A chest x-ray can give you a good idea that there is nothing going wrong in your lungs and that is great but it does not really give you information about your heart. Fatigue or tiredness and left chest pain in a 64 year old is concerning for heart disease. Also with breast pain it is important that you get a mammogram if you have not had one recently. Chest pain can come from inflammation in the chest wall but it can also come from the heart or esophagus. If the treatment that your doctor gave you is not working then it is important for you to go back and ask for more testing to make sure that this pain is really just from inflammation and not from something more serious.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
