Brief Answer:
Pregnancy is not a concern with this short delay.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic. I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I appreciate your concerns.
Depo Shot is very effective contraception. It is usually given every 13 weeks ( 3 months). There can be a delay of one week in taking it without compromising it's effect. So pregnancy should not be a concern because of this delay.

However no method is 100% effective. If she is nauseated, get a pregnancy test done.

Best wishes
Dr Rama.
