Brief Answer:
There are behavioral management options

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcareagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

First of all i like to inform you that although it is possible that you have adhd but go for further and complete evaluation by a psychiatrist before making any sense of someone's comment. It is important to understand that getting upset over small things is not adhd and it can occur in variety of conditions ranging from physical to psychiatric disorders.

Even if it diagnosed adhd there are different treatment options available as per the need. In addition to medications for mild adhd only behavioral intervention can be employed successfully. I feel rather than showing resistance to diagnosis it is important to understand what needs to be done on part of the person who receives the diagnosis of adhd.

I hope this assists you in journey of management of adhd.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
