Question: hi doc. I have small round smoothe spots on the top of the head of my peniis. they do not hurt but they appear as dry skin and peel.

I saw the pictures sent by you. You had not mentioned anything about your sexual activities, whether you are married or not.
Do you have any other associated problems like skin disease or Diabetes mallitus. These information would be more useful to discuss.

Your lesion does not seem to be related to either STD or HIV. It simulates more towards non STD conditions like Genital psoriasis or Lichen Planus. You consult your Dermatologist. He will examine you , do investigations and biopsy, if necessary to arrive at a diagnosis. The treatment has to be planned accordingly.
