What Causes Small Pus Filled Bumps On The Penis?

Question: I have these small bumps on my penis. That appear randomly if I squeeze them a little white head comes out of them then they turn kinda red what are they? how do I make them go away? I'm really physically active.

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have reviewed the image.
I would keep a possibility of genital molluscum contagiosum.
How long since you have these? Are you sexually active? I request you to upload a few more good quality images so that i am able to judge better.
Genital molluscum can be either cauterised with a chemical or an electrocautery.

well I haven't been for 6months I've been in military training. the last person was my girlfriend. is it contagious? will it spread if I squeeze them? is there any over the counter medication I can use?

Hi.

This looks like molluscum but i want to be absolutely sure about my diagnosis and therefore i requested you for a few more good quality images but i haven't received them yet.
Molluscum is contagious. It can spread to neighboring skin as well to others during sexual contact. However it is easily curable by either chemical cauterisation or electrocautery. There is no otc preparation for molluscum.
