Question: Hi my son just had me feel a little pea size or size of even a seed from an apple on the right side of his knee. It moves from side to side and doesn't cause him pain. He says it just feels werid. He is a very active kid with sports. What could this be and should I be worried about it? Any information you could give would be very appreciated

Thank you
