Brief Answer: Get your vit b12 level checked. Detailed Answer: Hello, Thanks for your query. From description it seems you are suffering from shaky leg syndrome. Shaky-leg syndrome, also referred to as orthostatic tremor, is an unusual movement disorder characterized by difficulty in maintaining an orthostatic position(standing, sitting, resting) because of a leg tremor that subsides on walking. Although most cases are idiopathic, there is some association of shaky-leg syndrome with vitamin B12 deficiency. I suggest you to get your vit b12 level checked and consult a neurophysician for proper management. I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care
