Brief Answer:
Visit gastroenterologist. Endoscopy recommended.

Detailed Answer:
hi.
thanks for posting query at HCM.

recording your age and going through your history, upper GI endoscopy is recommended.

differentials include gastritis, gastric/ duodenal ulcer, bleeding lesion ( tumor).
endoscopy is a investigation of choice if stomach ache is accompanied with "one OR more" of following:

age>55,
anemia
loss of weight
black stool
bloody vomiting

in addition , following tests are advised;
1. complete blood cell count
2. stool test for occult blood
3. urinalysis
4. urea breath test for H.pylori maybe considered

any further questions are welcomed.
wish you good n sound health
