Brief Answer:
Needs rigorous physiotherapy

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

Have you underwent a rigorous physiotherapy regime after surgery?

Do you have stiff joints?

I have read your query and understood your problem.

Usually after large surgeries like the ones you have endured, the common side effect is muscle atrophy. This is mostly the disuse kind.

I would recommend you get in touch with a good Physiotherapist and start working on increasing your muscle strength. The Physiotherapist will chart your muscles and find the muscles that need to be strengthened and then commences a strengthening program.

Apply hot packs of there are stiff or painful regions.

Kindly do answer my queries for me to recommend further on solving your problem.

Thanks and regards.
