Try Magnesium and Potassium supplementation.

Leg and hands cramps are very often caused by ions deficiency (Potassium and Magnesium). Therefore good solution is Magnesium and Potassium supplementation. You should also avoid coffee intake. If this wont help, you should consult neurologist.
