What Causes Severe Itching In The Genitals After Masturbation?
Question: 32 M. Allot of times after sex/masterbation after I ejaculate I become very itchy, usually the whole night until the next day or longer. Mainly on scrotum and pubic areas above penis and below, towards anus, and also sometimes a general body itching. This has been going on for years. I only have one partner and she has no itching or anything like that. There is no rash or anything abnormal on my penis or anything. The only other thing I notice is that at night I always have to get up to pee allot, sometimes in very small amounts a couple times each night. Any ideas ? It's very annoying and frustrating.

I have attached some pictures of when it's itchy. maybe some redness/flaky? No condom use. I take verapamil for headaches. Sometimes I get body itching with other activities but not too often, usually only when around certain chemicals or going from cold to hot or when really sweaty. but I specifically get long last scrotom and pubic area itching/body itching after ejaculation. Has been going on for years.

I am unable to see any pictures.
According to your complaints it seems you are having cholinergic pruritus.
It is charactersised by itching when the body temperature increases as in case of intercourse, masturbation, sweating or going in hot weather.
For treating this I usually advice my patients to take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5mg once daily at bedtime regularly for few months.
It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
Moreover if possible try to avoid activities which are associated with raised body temperature.
