Brief Answer:
Headachae blurred vision and nasal block.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Refraction of both eye is to be done. if error detected it is to be corrected.

You are having viral infection leading to blocked nose. Apply nasibion nasal drop for removing nasal block. It appears you have got frontal sinositis leading to headache on standing posture, it can be clinically diagnosed.

There appears to be dry eye leading to corneal erroison resulting in blurred vision. this can be diagnosed by strip test. If confirmed then refresh eye tear drop may be applied. Can take tablet sudafed and hifenac-p for subsiding nasal congestion and headache.

Viral infection is self limiting and there will be improvment. With sinus decongestion the forehead achae will improve. Might be having expouser to allergen giving rise to allergic manifestation. It can be cosmetic, any food or drink, spores in air, pet in house. If doubted then keep distance from them. can go for allergy test. preferably can take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg daily in morning.

Hope it helps
