What Causes Severe Headache And Fever While Treating Viral Infection?
Question: Allergies continue...9 days now. saw Dr. 3 days ago...he put me on Claritin and Nasonex which have not had good results so far. Fairly severe headache in temples continue.
Dr. gave prescriptions for Z pac and Prednisone "if it gets worse".
I had a steroid shot in my rotator 7 weeks ago; will it be too much to go to the Prednisone now. Very slight temperature, should I start the Z Pac concurrent to the Prednisone?

You should start the Z pac in my opinion, i would recommend you to take the Corticosteroids in aerosol form combined with bronchodilatators, and oral prednisone too for next few days.
