default
Posted on Tue, 3 Jan 2017
Question: my lower extremeties seem to be in a constant state of fatigue over the past few weeks-feel the fatigue first thing in the morning. I recently had a bout with knee pain in right knee-MRI says mild degeneration of the posterior cruciate ligament-I am now without knee pain.

Brief Answer:
Osteoarthritis and low calcium and D3 levels.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The degenerative changes in knee meniscus are age related changes due to osteoarthritis. Knee lubricant supplements like glucosamine will help in retarding the further degeneration.
The fatigue in the legs can be due to low levels of calcium and vitamin D3. You can get your blood levels checked and start with suitable supplements.
I hope this answers your query.
