Brief Answer:
Several considerations

Detailed Answer:
Sorry that you're not feeling well. Your symptoms are actually consistent with several possibilities. One of course is that your serum glucose (sugar) is elevated (as in HYPERGLYCEMIA/DIABETES)...or even the other extreme of being TOO LOW (Hypoglycemia) which can be a consequence of a thyroid disorder.

The other possibility is that your symptoms are those of some form of headache disorder as in a migraine either with aura...or even ATYPICAL MIGRAINE....

I would definitely send you for a THYROID PROFILE if you were in my office and check the following labs: TSH, T4, FT4

Another thing I would check would be a URINE since a bladder infection could also give these kinds of symptoms as well as DEHYDRATION or even HYPOGLYCEMIA.

I would not use Xanax for this type of condition since that medication does not treat the UNDERLYING CAUSE of the symptoms which is ultimately what you are looking for in my opinion.

Being on Losartan, my other thought that perhaps your BLOOD PRESSURE is tight rigidly controlled which could cause a condition known as ORTHOSTATIC HYPOTENSION.

If I've provided useful and helpful information to your questions could you do me a huge favor by CLOSING THE QUERY and be sure to include some fine words of feedback along with a 5 STAR rating? Again, many thanks for submitting your inquiry and please let me know how things turn out.
