Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. The pain at back is very common and has many causes. To help you better please tell me-
1.Are you working on computer or prolong sitting?
2.Is there any radiating pain in legs from back with numbness ?
3.Any pain in other joints beside lower back?
The common cause could be vitamin D deficiency and poor posture.
Looking forward to your reply.
Take care

Thnx doctor for your prompt reply. I dont have pain anywhere. I am professor by profession n thus no prolong sitting on computer either. I cant sit without back support for more then few minutes. My posture is straight n also after c- sec delivery i had pain for an year n then dimnished but not vanished. A little hectic day used to cause backpain but now without doing n even after good sleep its always dere..
Waiting for your prescription.

Brief Answer:
Vitamin D deficiency may be a cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello
You are welcome and it’s good to see you.
After going through the whole discussion I think you need regular exercises to strengthen your back muscles along with balanced diet rich in calcium (milk and milk products), proteins and vitamin (especially vitamin D).
My prescription would be – 1.Get blood test done for vitamin D and B12.
2. Cap.uprise D3 60K once a week for 3 months
3. Tab. citromacalvit once daily for 1 month
4. Tab.Thiospas 8mg twice daily for 4-5 days then whenever you have backache.
Hoe this suffices and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
Regards
