Question: Hi, XXXXXXX here. I have a very nasty thick tasting phlemn in one side of my throat that keeps me awake at night because it get so thick.

Saline nasal rinse thrice daily ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine at night &
continue Salty gargle, Mucus-clear, oraganol nose drops .
You will get relief .
