Detailed Answer:
Hi.

From what I understand you are suffering with right lower abdomen pain/soreness, vomiting and bowel movements. Based on the details submitted, I am worried that this may be a feature of acute appendicitis. However to make sure my worries are not false, I wish to know the following details:
Since when have you got these problems ?
Are there any associated symptoms like- fever, bloating, gases or other medical problems like diabetes or so ?
Any previous history of similar problems ?

Besides appendicitis, the other close possible condition is gastroenteritis (the commonest reason) which should not cause serious problems.

Anyway, if the pain is very severe, I recommend you to visit an ER or a hospital at the earliest and to get vitals checked (Temperature, pulse, B.P., status of hydration) that is a general and local examination by a Doctor so that a severity of the problem can be assessed as well as the examination of the abdomen helps to see for possible appendicitis or so.

In the meanwhile, I would treat you with PPI and antiemetics ( to stop vomiting as then only be possible to have oral treatment. Your pharmacist will know about the drugs.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for more if you need to share or ask.
Thank you.
