Brief Answer:
You should not be alarmed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Thanks for your query, read your history and understood the problem.

If a person is not pregnant and still gets enlargement of the Montgomery glands with little bit redness, nothing much to worry about.

These are specialized sebaceous glands on the areola and are hormone dependent.
Even though there is no pregnancy they can look bigger and get little bit redness due to nonspecific inflammation.

This is usually self-limiting meaning body will take care to heal on its own and need no active treatment.

You may please avoid tight support meaning have a proper support to the breast, Do not fiddle with the areola as it may increase inflammation. You can clean the area spirit or liquid povidone iodine if you have.

I hope these glands will become normal within a few days to a week. Get alarmed only if any one of them start growing bigger, gets tender to touch ( not sensitive as you have mentioned), gets inflamed.

I hope this answer satisfies your query.
Wishing you a good health.
