What Causes Redness And Discharge Under Foreskin With Tightness Of The Foreskin?
Question: hi i seem to have balanitis i think caused by unableto clean penis properly or by wheat or y my foreskin yat east intolerance my foreskin is very tight and i can i thinl only bring ir back while in bath and there is a strong smell from my urine . at the top of my foreskin is red and there is a discharge

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed Fungal Infection what is called as Muco Cutaneous Genital Candidiasis .
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you diabetic ? If yes is it under control ?
2) Have you done blood tests very recently to detect your blood sugar levels?
You have developed partial Phimosis secondary to Genital Candidiasis.
Please get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Swab test and culture of a discharge from foreskin and glans penis
2) Blood Sugar levels on empty stomach and 2 hours after lunch .
In the mean while start taking antibiotics like Cefixime and anti fungal medication like Fluconazole twice daily along with topical anti fungal jelly like Candid cream for local application .
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.
Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
Ensure that your diabetes is well controlled with proper monitoring of Blood sugar levels frequently.
