Brief Answer:
MR Angiogram is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your query in detail.

As per your clinical history, the possibility of Small vessel disease of the brain is very high.

For evaluation of recurring strokes, it's important to get MRI scan followed by MR Angiogram.

This will rapidly and accurately evaluate the blood vessels supplying the brain.

Further management if any is based on the test results.

Continue the antihypertensive medications.

Possible your further queries if any.

Thank you.
