Brief Answer:
Allergic rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting the query on HCM. After going through your query, I would like to comment the following:

1. Your son seems to be suffering from recurrent respiratory tract infection.

2. Considering his allergy test reports he seems to be having atopy (allergic phenotype). Also removal of adenoids and tonsils at the age of 6.5 years may lead to recurrent upper respiratory tract infections in the future since tonsils and adenoids are related with the defence system of our body.

3. Right now you need to get your son clinicaly evaluated by an ENT surgeon / pulmonologist for recurrent cold and sneezing.

4. He needs to avoid all the detected allergens. Also medications are required to be started which include nasal sprays and oral tablets to be taken daily.

5. Yearly flu vaccinations may also help in preventing infections.

I hope I have answered your query. I will be glad to answer follow up queries if any. Please accept my answer if you have no follow up queries.
