Brief Answer:
Herpes zoster recurrence

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Sir herpes zoster basically involves particular course of nerve so it usually is very painful in that region. Most often it occurs in middle of the chest. So usually antibiotics are given to treat the infection. Unless it is fully treated you need some temporary pain relief. So most often strong pain killers like opioids are given like fentanyl, morphine etc.

If pain is not getting controlled then nerve blocks ultrasound guided is the best which can be done in pain clinics run by anesthesiologist specialized in pain medicine. So kindly go to the nearest clinic for opioids prescription or else you can get nerve blocks done by them. Exercise has nothing to do with shingles flare up nor COPD.

Feel free to ask any questions if you have any doubts again.

I hope this info helps you sort out your problems and if you feel its helpful kindly give me user thank vote happy health.
