Brief Answer:
Fever associated rash

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms,

It is quite common to see rash during episode of fever, especially viral. It could get secondarily infected causing the yellow heads( Also known as Impetigo).

If there is no fever at present then there is no cause for concern. I would suggest the following

!. Daily bath to remove oil residue
2. Local application of antibiotic ointment

Take care

Best Regards
