What Causes Pimples On The Left Foot?

Question: I have a cluster of bumps under my skin on the top of my left foot. They vary in size, some being small dots and others 1/4 inch of so. They are hard and become tender if you push on them. I have no idea what it is. I would like to include pictures for further evaluation if an option. I also have a lot of pain in that foot when flexing down and I am not sure if that is related.

It seems like an eczematous thank you.
It seems like an eczematous plaque - I can see a dry, red, non scaly area on dorsum of feet with a pebly surface. Does it itch as well? How long since its been there? You haven't tried any topical as yet?right? I don't think the pain on foot movement is related to this patch.

Thank you for your feedback. This area has been like this for at least six months or so. There is no itchiness or irritation involved and I have not used any topical treatments at this point.

This could be a Chronic Erythema Nodosum -
a form of panniculitis. Chronic EN presents as asymmetric, slightly tender nodules or plaques, mostly on legs and feet. The plaques may exoand slowly Or new nodules may form over time and coslesce with each other. Most of the cases of chronic EN are idiopathic, however, infections(streptococcal sore throat, tuberculosis, yersinia etc), drugs(contraceptive pills, antibiotics etc), inflammatory bowel disease, sarcoidosis, cancer etc have also been implicated. In EN there is usually associated joint pain/ arthralgia.
I suggest you to take an oral antiinflammatory e.g ibuprofen or diclofenac, twice daily. In addition and firstly I suggest an incisional skin biopsy for a confirmatory diagnosis.
