What Causes Persistent Vomiting After Taking Abortion Pills?

Question: I just swallowed 2×200 mg mifepristol tablets and I vomitted In 5 minutes after swallowing. Its been almost one hour I haven't bleed. What's the issue? Or is this safe? When will I bleed?

Vomiting within 30 minutes of taking the tablets renders the drug misoprostol ineffective.
That is why there is no bleeding or pain.
I will suggest you to repeat the dose and this time insert the tablet vaginally, as it is more effective and do not cause vomiting.
Bleeding should start within 24 hours of taking the tablet.

My bleeding started 30 mins ago. I am having cramps and pain now. The bleeding is not so heavy. When will I take the other two 2Ã200 mg mifepristol tablets? Shall I take it in the night after meal?
